customer

suitable for
the intended
purpose and
which are in
conformity
with the
relevant and
agreed
specification.
We plan to
only deal
with
suppliers
who have
themselves
high quality
standards
and quality
products who
have
achieved
accreditation
in
accordance
with
AS/NZS9001
or similar
standards
where
possible.
Service to
our customer
is of the
utmost
importance
to our
quality
programme
with a motto
of
"OPERATIONAL
EXCELLENCE"
approach
being the
key to
quality
service.
Never the
less a
quality
backup
system is
provided
should a
non-performing
product
arise.
