ROBOPAC ROTOPLAT

The range of Rotoplat semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines from Robopac are the new generation turntable stretch wrappers. The Rotoplat range comes with a standard turntable diameter of 1650 mm and 2 tonne turntable.

Unique Film System
Pre-stretch ratio adjustable from 0% to 250% by electromagnetic clutch from panel board. "QLS" (Quick Load System) for easy and quick film loading.

Adjustable Parameters
Parameters adjustable from control panel include Bottom Wraps Number, Top Wraps Number, Table Rotation Speed, Roll Carriage Speed (option), Photocell Sensing Display and Film Stretching (on some models).

Inbuilt Safety Features
Anti-skid steel plates 10 mm thick, giving excellent stability. Strict observance of the distance between fixed and moving parts in compliance with safety rules. Mechanical anti-falling device for spool carriage stopping in case of lift belt breakage. Safety stop at spool carriage bottom.
