PURPOSE
Applications • Factories and workshops where a
potential emergency spill may occur up to
120 litres of liquids including
hydrocarbons, emulsions, paints, solvents
and non-aggressive chemicals.
Features • The kit is housed in a 120 litre red
wheelie bin for easy identification in an
emergency spill situation and can be
mobilised and deployed by one person.
• Includes pads for hydrocarbon spills as
well as organic granular absorbent and
organic booms for general spills of
hydrocarbon and water based liquids.
Limitations • Will contain and absorb up to 120
litres.
• Organic absorbents will react to
aggressive chemicals including acid and
oxidising agents.
• Synthetic pads will not absorb water based
liquids.
