Mark Colin Packaging was established in 1979 and provides goods and services to the Packaging Industry.
Our company is a Qualified Industrial distributor of many products 3M, Tesa, Polycell, Sealed Air, Sancell with nearly 30 years experience in the industry. Our aim is to provide top of the range service and quality products with a reliable back up support to clientel.
Our accreditation in Quality Assurance is based solely on customer service and is an ongoing priority within our organization.
We have established a National Distributor Alliance Network to allow us to service National Contracts and Customers throughout Australia.
Goods are manufactured and imported from some of Australia's and overseas major manufacturers. We currently have over 100 manufacturing and supply companies at our disposal.
Quality Assurance
The Directors have adopted the policy to provide quality service to merit customer satisfaction at all times.
An important requirement of the policy is for Mark Colin Packaging to supply its customer with products which are suitable for the intended purpose and which are in conformity with the relevant and agreed specification. We plan to only deal with suppliers who have themselves high quality standards and quality products who have achieved accreditation in accordance with AS/NZS9001 or similar standards where possible.
Service to our customer is of the utmost importance to our quality programme with a motto of "OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE" approach being the key to quality service. Never the less a quality backup system is provided should a non-performing product arise.
